Returns Policy

Any product purchased from www.yourjoolz.com will not be refunded if removed from packaging and/ or shown to have been worn. Returns shipping costs will be met by the customer in every instance. Tracking must be provided to sales@yourjoolz.com, any loss of product during returns transit will negate any and all refunds due.

Please contact us within 2 days from delivery regarding any issues with the product, thus allowing a further 4 days to return your product (7 days total)

PLEASE NOTE: All sales items, reduced items and budget clearance items are ALL non-refundable due to the nature of the sales deal

  • Some European and International locations may still require custom's duty be paid before a package is released (This is on top of any VAT already paid during the checkout process) please check if your location requires customs duty be paid before purchase. Any orders returned because of buyers refusal to pay will only receive a 50% refund of their order which will be processed after it has arrived back to the seller. Any shipping cost paid buy the buyer will *not* be refunded as that cost will have already been consumed during the dispatch of the order.

  • Any FREE product deals given as a result of a fully priced product being purchase must also be returned if the primary product/s are being returned

  • Please ensure you are happy with our product before removing from packaging. Any issues (style/colour/quality) must be addressed and checked before items are opened so they can be returned to us in a sellable condition. We expect customers to view their product before removing from packaging therefore any damage to packaging will negate any refund (does not apply to bubble wrap

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any allergies he or she has to any metals or materials before making a purchase. If you are buying for someone else (i.e. as gift) you must sense check any potential allergies with them. Please check the materials in our product info descriptions to comply with the statement above.

  • www.yourjoolz.com is not responsible or legally liable for any discomfort or allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing jewellery purchased from us. www.yourjoolz.com will not process or accept any refunds due to allergies.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from incorrect maintenance and the use of non-recommended aftercare products or products known to the customer to cause any adverse allergic reactions.

  • Cleaning Charge: All items being returned have a £1.99 cleaning charge applied irrespective, to allow items to go back online and remain complaint with health & hygiene standards.
